Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees across the organization
- Manage employee reputed company, employment changes, and offboarding
- Coordinate and administer leaves of absence (FMLA, reputed company, and other protected leaves)
- Support employee relations reputed company while ensuring compliance with California labor laws
- Process unemployment claims, employment verifications, and workers' compensation documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR systems, including reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Partner with leadership to update HR policies, procedures, forms, and the Employee Handbook
- Assist with corrective reputed company processes and reputed company guidance to managers on HR-reputed company reputed company
