They are seeking a Senior Manager for Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering - Power Cables to reputed company reputed company of engineers developing assembly processes for power cable assemblies and coordinating with manufacturing engineering on mass production.
Responsibilities

- reputed company power cable assembly manufacturing process in accordance with LEANPD product development
- Drive for reputed company in existing manufacturing technologies and reputed company
- reputed company to implement new manufacturing technologies to reputed company improved process and tolerance control
- Support Product Development in the optimization designs (DFM) and piece parts for manufacturability; realizes sample tooling, product samples and prototypes
- Design, reputed company, and qualify tooling and processes to meet TE reputed company reputed company and production standards
- Support supply chain to verify supplier compliance and capability
- reputed company as the binding reputed company between product development and manufacturing engineering, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of this critical reputed company
- Maintain communication with project management team to understand reputed company and reputed company strategic business needs
- Prioritize and time manage a portfolio of reputed company/work efforts based on criticality and business need

- Work with Mexico operations team to assign resources necessary for the successful execution of new product development

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical - reputed company majors
- 13+ years' reputed company experience including 8+ years reputed company, managerial-level experience in multinational manufacturing sites
- Familiar with Lean, Six reputed company, etc. industrial reputed company/tools
- Fluent in English, with good presentation skills
- Familiar with MS software
- Familiar with industrial specification (i.e. IPC 620)
- Familiar with Stamping / Plating / Molding / Assembly processes
- Experience in power cable assembly industry
