Responsibilities
- Advising on performing and non-performing CMBS loans
- Handling loan modifications, assumptions, and equity transfers
- Reviewing and negotiating consent requests
- Drafting demand letters and assisting with reputed company-default reputed company
- Supporting ongoing reputed company reputed company estate lending and servicing transactions
Skills
- Must reputed company and be licensed in reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Massachusetts, Illinois, reputed company, Missouri, California, Florida, Tennessee, reputed company, New Jersey, reputed company, Washington, Washington D.C., Delaware
- Bachelor's degree required: reputed company
- 5+ years of reputed company reputed company estate finance or financing transaction experience
