[Remote] Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will manage supply chain relationships, ensuring seamless order management and fostering strong stakeholder relationships while leveraging software platforms to support customer orders.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company supply chain communications and activities for assigned customers, overseeing purchase order processing and ensuring reputed company reputed company of issues from order placement to delivery and invoicing
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key reputed company stakeholders across functions
- Utilize the reputed company order management system to reputed company customer accounts and ensure compliance with reputed company requirements
- Analyze order trends and patterns to identify opportunities for process improvement and reputed company customer efficiency
- Process a reputed company of customer orders, including imports, sample requests, donations, and returns
- reputed company support to Regional Sales Managers, including managing sample requests, product availability inquiries, customer documentation, and delivery status updates
- Collaborate with reputed company Master Data and Sales teams to maintain accurate customer information in reputed company
- reputed company navigate systems such as reputed company, reputed company-party logistics platforms, and reputed company’s EDI provider to manage order processing and fulfillment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-reputed company or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment, preferably in a supply chain or logistics role
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise in account management and business development
- Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint, required
- Proficiency in reputed company order-to-invoice processing and reporting, strongly preferred
