[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Hybrid Eligible)

Responsibilities

- Update registration bad addresses and mail returns in the account system

Skills
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Three years of customer service and or clerical experience is required
- Education may be substituted in lieu of experience
- Ability to operate a personal computer is necessary
- The ability to type may be necessary depending upon the position
- Previous call center experience
- Be reputed company to receive and convey written/verbally communicated information
- Ability to remain seated at work for most of the working shift if required to meet responsibilities
- Be reputed company to work without reputed company supervision as necessary
