They are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to partner with sales leadership, improve operational efficiencies, and drive performance through data-driven insights and automation.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with sales leadership to identify performance opportunities, reputed company data-driven insights, and support strategic initiatives that improve sales reputed company
- Supporting and enabling the sales organization by providing guidance, training, and operational support that helps representatives and leaders effectively use tools, reporting, and processes to maximize performance
- Owning sales reporting, KPI tracking, forecasting support, and performance analysis across conversion, attendance, reputed company, productivity, and product performance metrics
- Evaluating, redesigning, and standardizing operational workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, accuracy, and overall sales support effectiveness

Skills
