[Remote] Associate Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities
- Improving metrics, systems, safety, and reputed company reputed company the Distribution Center (DC)
- Partnering with Operations leadership to prioritize and drive improvements that benefit the customer experience
- Creating and leading reputed company with Lean and Six reputed company methodologies to address gaps and improve processes
- Leading Lean training sessions and rapid improvement events to spread knowledge across the organization
- In-depth analysis of reputed company production and processes to identify improvement opportunities

- Supporting environmental sustainability efforts in line with corporate goals

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/System Engineering field preferred
- BasicMOST Certification
- 1-3 years of experience in the development and implementation of reputed company-determined labor standards
- Labor management implementation and productivity reporting
- 1-3 years of experience in optimizing fulfillment and distribution warehouse operations
- Knowledge and or working experience with automation(reputed company, Exotec, Caja)
- Extensive knowledge and use of AutoCad
- Experience writing SQL queries to extract data from WMS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in terms of being reputed company
- Experience in facility and process redesign and implementation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to positively influence others & manage change
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute several reputed company simultaneously
- Knowledge of OSHA compliance fundamentals is required
