[Remote] Administrator, Special Loans (Partial Release)

The role involves managing daily functions reputed company to Special Loans, including processing requests and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Reviews and processes requests for SCRA initial and reputed company eligibility
- Review and validate ARM data on servicing platform for accuracy to ensure loans reputed company reputed company
- Completes daily, weekly, monthly ARM indexes, updates, validates and verifies on the servicing platform
- Review initial request for partial release, reputed company as a reputed company between the customer and internal counsel for required documents until a final decision has been rendered
- Ensure the buydown agreement and/or the balloon note matches the setup on the servicing platform
- reputed company loan level maintenance as needed on reputed company special loan functions
- reputed company exceptional customer service to both reputed company customers
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Performs other reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- Some College/Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School; or six (6) months to one (1) year reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6 months to 1 year performing similar work and acquiring the skills and knowledge to qualify for this position
- Knowledge in reputed company Office, Word, reputed company, and Outlook
- Ability to read, and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
