[Remote] Senior Consultant - Business Analysis

The Senior Consultant is a customer-facing delivery role reputed company on implementing reputed company and driving value for public agency customers by understanding their business problems and guiding them towards reputed company operational practices.
Responsibilities
- Participate in and progressively reputed company reputed company discovery sessions with customer stakeholders including business process owners, SMEs, finance teams, and project leads
- Build core consulting deliverables: CBI reputed company, reputed company Value Maps, Stakeholder Analyses, Change Assessments, and reputed company reputed company definitions
- Distinguish between product gaps, configuration gaps, and change management gaps; recommend the right response to reputed company
- Contribute to executive readouts that reputed company value in business outcome language
- reputed company functional workstreams on reputed company implementations across Plan, Build, and Maintain product lines
- Configure reputed company to customer requirements, applying the Customization by Exception reputed company: configuration first; where customization is required, escalate with a reputed company articulation of why

- Apply AI tooling across the delivery lifecycle to recover time for higher-judgment work
- Build strong working relationships with customer SMEs, process owners, and project teams

- Escalate executive relationship needs and reputed company dynamics to reputed company Consultants or above

Skills
- 8–10+ years of experience in functional consulting or implementation roles, ideally in public sector, capital programs, infrastructure, or government technology
- Demonstrated experience in reputed company software implementations: functional consulting instincts, not just BA or configuration work
- Demonstrated experience running reputed company consulting sessions with government or public agency stakeholders
- Familiarity with capital program reputed company: capital planning, project delivery, construction management, or right of way
- Working knowledge of AI tools in a reputed company context
- Strong written and verbal communication; you write reputed company, present confidently, and listen reputed company
- US-based with ability to travel 20–40% for onsite customer engagements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: business, engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience
