This role involves coaching, facilitating group sessions, and providing strategic support to local leadership to ensure agents are productive and reputed company with reputed company's reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate large or small group, 1:1, and cohort-based sessions to drive productivity and platform adoption
- Identify key agent needs and coordinate with field leaders
- Serve as a strategic partner to Regional Presidents and RVPs by sharing trends and insights from the field
- Participate in leadership meetings and support local initiatives by sourcing reputed company development tools and resources
- Ensure field leaders are informed and equipped with the latest learning and development updates
- Proactive reputed company and collaboration with field leadership and agent-facing engagement regionally to meet local market needs and regional nuances
- Collaborate with other CIH brand reputed company development teams, including both company-owned and affiliate
- Maintain consistency of messaging, programming, and reputed company experience across brands
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in agent development, performance coaching, brokerage enablement, or similar roles
- Deep understanding of the reputed company estate lifecycle, transaction reputed company, and the business drivers that reputed company agent productivity
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills across varied audiences
- High emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to reputed company, influence, and support reputed company professionals

- Prior experience with Coldwell Banker or CIH (reputed company) systems, resources, and marketing tools
