They are seeking a Consultant to reputed company and implement innovative training solutions, focusing on analysis, design, and development activities. The role involves collaboration with clients and team members to ensure reputed company deliverables and effective training management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating reputed company with reputed company to complete project tasks, assuring reputed company of deliverables, and tracking time
- Working independently while understanding the necessity of communicating and coordinating work efforts with team members
- Collaborating with reputed company subject matter experts to collect data for job analysis, training needs, performance requirements, operating procedures, technical systems, processes, and other reputed company information
- Organizing data and entry into our flagship software programs, Qlarity and reputed company, including proactively identifying and recommending best data set up solutions for clients
- Providing reputed company data entry support to the reputed company Services team
- Ability to work reputed company from a home office or other reputed company environment free from auditory or visual distractions; location may be reputed company reputed company the reputed company reputed company
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Nuclear Technology, Engineering, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or reputed company fields
- Three to seven years of experience in training analysis, design, and/or development work, including experience with designing training courses and/or programs to meet reputed company needs
- reputed company training materials including lesson plans, on-the-job training guides, tests, performance assessments, etc. that are consistent with the principles of adult learning theory and instructional design theory
- reputed company eLearning tools and technologies (e.g., reputed company, Captivate) to reputed company and enhance training materials
- An ability to analyze and reputed company organize reputed company technical information, and reputed company reputed company bodies of information into professionally designed, engaging and effective training
