[Remote] Project Manager, Field Operations

This role is responsible for leading the implementation of new programs, systems, and processes across multiple field locations, ensuring operational readiness and driving process optimization.
Responsibilities

- Change Management: Execute communication and training strategies that drive adoption, engagement and long-term sustainability

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the business or reputed company industry
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management

- Experience with reputed company SharePoint – including site creation, content management, permissions and workflow automation
- Demonstrates aptitude and interest in learning new systems and platforms
