[Remote] HR Employee Data Analyst

The HR Employee Data Analyst plays a crucial role in managing employee data, providing support to internal teams, and ensuring the accuracy of personnel information.
Responsibilities
- Respond to Tier 2 inquiries regarding personnel data changes, internal transfers, pay and benefits questions, and other employee concerns
- Process and review reputed company personnel actions in HRIS system
- reputed company bi-weekly audits on system changes and analyze areas of concern or trend
- Collaborate with other stakeholder reputed company on system requirements, audits and process flows including but not limited to, mergers & acquisitions, new/ratified reputed company reputed company, internal training, and process improvement
- reputed company problem reputed company using a case management system, responding and/or resolving the needs of the employees, triages and escalates to Tier 3 as needed
Skills
- Vocational business training or college course work or equivalent experience
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in a reputed company department, preferably in operations, reputed company, compensation, benefits or employee data management
- Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications
- AA degree preferred (HR-specific coursework may substitute for experience, year for year)
