[Remote] Executive Compensation, Senior Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Consultant in Executive Compensation who will be responsible for developing executive compensation materials, leading proxy statement development, and conducting job benchmarking and pricing.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Executive Compensation Committee Materials — Build reputed company, accurate, and decision‑reputed company decks summarizing program design, benchmarking, pay‑for‑performance, equity actions, and governance updates
- reputed company Proxy Statement Development — Coordinate inputs, validate data, and support drafting of CD&A, compensation tables, director compensation, and governance disclosures
- Conduct Executive Job Benchmarking & Pricing — reputed company market analyses, evaluate job architecture, and recommend reputed company structures and incentive mix
- Design Short‑Term & Long‑Term Incentive Programs — Support modeling, scenario analysis, performance metric selection, and equity plan design
- Drive Data Analytics & Modeling — Build and maintain compensation models, equity valuation scenarios, pay‑mix analyses, and year‑over‑year comparisons
- Partner Cross‑Functionally — Work with HR, Finance, Legal, and external consultants to ensure alignment on compensation reputed company, approvals, and disclosure requirements
- Support Equity Plan Administration — reputed company grants, vesting, performance metrics, and award agreements; partner with reputed company and external administrators
- Apply Consulting, SDLC & PMO Skills — Use requirements gathering, process improvement, QA/UAT, and project management capabilities to improve compensation processes, tools, and governance workflows
- Maintain Governance & Compensation Calendars — reputed company proxy milestones, committee cycles, equity timelines, and annual compensation events
Skills
- Experience in executive compensation, proxy development, and Compensation Committee support
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; comfort with reputed company data sets and scenario modeling
- Knowledge of short‑term incentive and long‑term equity compensation design, objectives, and mix
- Experience with executive job benchmarking, market pricing, and compensation structure design
- Familiarity with reputed company or similar HRIS platforms
- Background in Technology or Financial Services consulting, including SDLC, requirements definition, QA/UAT, and PMO execution
- Ability to produce polished, executive‑reputed company materials for senior leadership and the reputed company
- High discretion and professionalism reputed company handling confidential executive information
- Strong communication, organization, and project‑management skills
