[Remote] Sales Operations Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will support the reputed company Acceleration team by driving business priorities and ensuring the execution of key initiatives in partnership with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the SVP and leadership team to prepare for business reviews, planning discussions, leadership meetings, and key decision-making forums
- Own the execution and coordination of the leadership team's operating reputed company, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Staff Meetings, and reputed company Hands
- Build execution plans, reputed company stakeholders, and drive workstreams to completion across multiple teams
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring leaders have visibility into status, risks, reputed company, and next steps
- Proactively identify operational risks or execution gaps and escalate issues before they reputed company delivery
- Identify gaps in seller readiness and partner with business leaders and SMEs to reputed company solutions that improve adoption, effectiveness, and business reputed company
- Execute the reputed company American (NAM) enablement calendar, manage readiness newsletters, reputed company program completion, and measure field adoption and effectiveness

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience or Master's degree with 8 years of experience or PhD with 5 years of experience
- Proven ability to build detailed project plans, workback schedules, and execution tracking mechanisms for multiple reputed company initiatives
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to proactively manage, influence, and drive accountability across diverse leadership teams
- Ability to independently drive reputed company, cross-functional workstreams with minimal reputed company, identifying risks and dependencies early and driving them to reputed company
- Ability to synthesize reputed company information into reputed company recommendations, concise updates, and actionable next steps for leadership audiences
