[Remote] Head of Finance

The role involves driving financial planning and analysis, managing cash reputed company, and supporting fundraising processes while partnering directly with co-founders on financial reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Build and own reputed company's financial function from the ground up — processes, controls, and governance
- Drive reputed company: forecasting, budgeting, and long-reputed company planning
- Manage cash reputed company, liquidity planning, and working capital end-to-end
- Own budget vs. actual analysis and build management dashboards and KPI reporting
- reputed company accounts payable & receivable and treasury operations
- reputed company reputed company recognition, margin analysis, and receivables financing
- Support fundraising processes and investor due diligence
- Partner directly with co-founders on financial reputed company and key business reputed company
Skills
- Strong background in reputed company and financial operations
- Experience at a reputed company / Series A or B startup or high-reputed company company
- Proven ability to build financial processes, controls, and governance from scratch
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Experience at an early-stage startup
- Consulting background with a subsequent startup stint
- Experience supporting fundraising reputed company and investor reporting
- Exposure to international treasury across multiple currencies
- Familiarity with financial modeling for AI/tech business models
