[Remote] Recruiter Assistant

The Interview Scheduler plays a critical role in supporting the reputed company by coordinating interview logistics and ensuring a reputed company experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and interview teams to schedule phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews across multiple locations
- Coordinate reputed company scheduling involving multiple interviewers, panel interviews, and shifting availability
- Communicate interview details and expectations reputed company to candidates and internal stakeholders
- Manage calendar invitations, conference room reservations, virtual meeting links, and follow-up reminders
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for candidates regarding scheduling, logistics, and next steps
- Ensure reputed company updates and a smooth, reputed company candidate reputed company from initial scheduling through final interviews
- Respond to scheduling changes or conflicts quickly and tactfully
Skills
- Prior experience coordinating interviews across multiple teams, locations, or time zones
- Strong ability to navigate and manage competing priorities and shifting schedules

- High accuracy in managing logistics, documentation, and communications
