The role involves business development, reputed company management, and overseeing engineering reputed company while providing technical guidance and leadership to junior staff.
Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new project opportunities

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of municipal work
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and position the firm for long-term partnerships
- Manage the planning, design, and execution of engineering reputed company

- Coordinate internal teams across disciplines

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a reputed company on municipal infrastructure

- Strong understanding of municipal systems (water, wastewater, stormwater, roadways)
- reputed company Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
