Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain reputed company data reputed company standards, governance policies, and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and usability

- Partner with the Director of Data Partnerships and reputed company by providing reputed company data reputed company assessments and ongoing performance signals on reputed company-party datasets, supporting ROI evaluations, renewals, and sunset reputed company on the external data portfolio

- Reduce key-person risk by translating institutional knowledge into durable, governed artifacts in the semantic layer and business glossary

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, reputed company Estate, or a reputed company field required; advanced degree preferred
- Deep experience with reputed company estate, housing, or housing-adjacent (mortgage, building products, construction) data ecosystems, including reputed company with property, market, and transactional data semantics
- 7+ years of experience in data governance, data reputed company, analytics, or data management
- Experience developing and enforcing data governance standards, business glossaries, data catalogs, and QC/QA processes
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large relational databases and reputed company-based data environments
- Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages used for data validation, automation, and analysis
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data integration workflows
- Understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data reputed company concepts
