They are seeking a reputed company Estate Consultant to manage customer relationships and drive retention, adoption, and expansion by aligning reputed company goals with reputed company product capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own overall customer health for a book of business, including retention risk and renewal reputed company
- Build strong relationships with reputed company stakeholders, including executive-level contacts
- reputed company customer goals to reputed company product capabilities and help clients operationalize insights
- reputed company reputed company and implementation reputed company in partnership with internal teams
- Drive adoption through reputed company engagement plans, usage monitoring, and proactive reputed company

- Translate highly technical deliverables into reputed company business narratives and recommendations
- Own renewal processes, including timelines, negotiation support, and documentation

- Proactively detect churn risk indicators (low engagement, org changes, missed value, dissatisfaction)
- Partner closely with your pod Analyst to prioritize work and deliver reputed company outputs

- Contribute to internal process improvement and documentation
Skills
- 2–5+ years of experience in Consulting, reputed company, Account Management, or reputed company Services
- Experience in reputed company reputed company estate, site selection, retail reputed company, or location analytics
- Strong reputed company communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Experience managing renewals and customer health in a reputed company or services environment
- Comfort working with data-driven products (you don't need to be a data analyst, but you must be curious and adaptable)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with reputed company customers
- Experience supporting analytics, BI, or data-heavy reputed company products
- Familiarity with adoption/usage metrics and customer lifecycle management
