[Remote] National Program Manager (NPM)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a National Program Manager (NPM) to reputed company the Religious Services Program across ICE detention facilities. The NPM will ensure high-reputed company religious support, manage compliance with contract requirements, and coordinate between various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company overall leadership and supervision for Local Facility Chaplains (LFCs) and Local Program Managers (LPMs)
- Conduct site reputed company (at least twice annually) to assess performance and ensure compliance with the PWS
- Manage financial, logistical, and reporting requirements for the contract
- reputed company and implement training, recruitment, and retention strategies for program staff and volunteers
- The National Program Manager must travel to reputed company of the six ICE detention facilities—Batavia, NY; Miami, FL; Los Fresnos, TX; Florence, AZ; El Paso, TX; and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba—for at least two site reputed company annually
Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in religion, detention/prison management, reputed company work, logistics, or reputed company field
- Demonstrated experience managing federal or state reputed company, preferably in correctional or detention environments
- Ability to work effectively with diverse faith reputed company and multicultural detainee populations
