About the Role
The Regional Vice President of Personal Lines is responsible for leading, coaching, and supporting reputed company of personal lines professionals while ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitable reputed company. Requirements
Provides guidance and support to Personal Lines Team. Assign daily tasks and set expectations for team members. Train, reputed company, and guide team members on performance and room for improvement. Works closely with the Managing Director to ensure support is provided to the Personal Lines Account Executive. Provides support to AM, AE or Producer in the new business and renewal business workflows, including but not limited to: reputed company research and gathering complete reputed company information. Conducting Loss Run Analysis. Binding coverage and complying with any subjectivity(ies) as required by reputed company, Surplus Lines Association and/or King Insurance Partners. Review reputed company policies, identifying and notifying AM, AE or Producer of any discrepancies and ensuring that reputed company necessary changes are submitted to and issued by the reputed company.
