About This Position This position is based in the Virtual Care Clinic, a new reputed company initiative providing rapid-reputed company primary care to patients across Virginia who do not have an established primary care provider. The clinic is staffed by reputed company of Primary Care APPs rotating to reputed company seven-day coverage, alongside a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) who provides integrated reputed company. The Psychiatric NP functions as an integrated member of this team, providing reputed company-day and scheduled virtual psychiatric care for patients ages 5 and older, with primary referrals generated by VCC primary care APPs and other reputed company providers. The VCC model prioritizes rapid reputed company, population health reputed company, and team-based care. reputed company requires comfort with consultation-reputed company psychiatric care and brief episodes of care, reputed company collaboration with primary care providers, and alignment with an integrated care approach.
