What You Will Do

Own the Recruitment Lifecycle: Project manage the hiring process, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates and hiring managers. Manage job postings, resume review workflows, logistics, interview scheduling, and candidate communications. Candidate Experience: Ensure an empathetic, transparent, and reputed company candidate experience from initial application through to the final decision. reputed company & Offboarding: Project manage the new hire reputed company experience for seasonal staff (sending offer letters, setting up systems reputed company, inputting data, and scheduling training sessions). Assist with smooth offboarding processes and asset retrieval at the end of the season. Daily Operational Support: Assist the Operations team with high-reputed company tasks, including managing incoming candidate and vendor inquiries, processing state-specific reputed company requirements, and supporting employment verifications. Special reputed company: Partner with Operations team and CEO office on special reputed company as needed.
