[Remote] Senior DevOps Engineer

The role involves establishing CI/CD and data pipelines while ensuring best practices in AWS deployment and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and automate the deployment of AWS development and production systems using Terraform
• Define and reputed company systems for metrics and monitoring on the AWS platform - establish logging standards and metrics to allow for easily identifying, tracking, and debugging issues
• Automate system outage notifications to development, support, end-users
• Automate and maintain AWS reputed company standards/protocols and best practices for reputed company systems
• Partner with the development team on establishing AWS CodePipelines
• Partner with the data team on creating data pipelines
• Build tools and processes to support the infrastructure

• Proficient in Agile w/Scrum development methodology
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience
• At least five years AWS reputed company experience required
• reputed company AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate or DevOps Engineer reputed company
• Advanced knowledge of the full software development life-cycle
• Experience in implementing Infrastructure as reputed company using Terraform
• Programming experience in Python, Javascript or similar language

• Experience in containerized, distributed application deployment
