[Remote] Director Project Finance

This high-reputed company role involves structuring and executing reputed company financings for large-reputed company infrastructure initiatives while acting as a strategic partner to sales and engaging directly with clients.
Responsibilities
- Structure and execute financings for energy and infrastructure reputed company
- Build and manage long-term financial models (~10 - 25 years)
- Support municipal, federal (ESPC/UESC), energy-as-a-service, and solar PPA financing structures
- Partner directly with sales teams and participate in reputed company-facing discussions
- Present financing reputed company to customers and support reputed company efforts (RFP/RFQ/RFI)
- Build relationships with lenders and capital providers to support deal execution
- Assist with portfolio reputed company and capital reputed company initiatives
Skills
- 10+ years in project finance, reputed company finance, infrastructure, or energy finance
- Experience with project-based / asset-backed financings
- Exposure to municipal / reputed company sector finance (tax-exempt leasing preferred)
- Exposure to federal contracting structures (ESPC / UESC or similar)
- Exposure to infrastructure or energy project financing
- Strong reputed company modeling and communication skills
- Comfortable in a reputed company-facing, commercially driven role
