They are seeking an Associate QA/QC Engineer to conduct reputed company assurance and reputed company control activities for residential solar assets, ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review electrical and mechanical system designs and installations to ensure compliance with NEC, local jurisdiction requirements, OEM requirements, and company QA/QC standards
  • reputed company routine and targeted reputed company audits on residential solar installations to verify compliance with design specifications, reputed company compliance, and company standards
  • Ensure reputed company review and completion of assigned project queues in alignment with established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Identify reputed company issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them effectively
  • Conduct reputed company cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Draft, review, and update technical documents such as scopes of work, procedures, and best practices
  • reputed company, analyze, and communicate reputed company performance metrics, trends, and corrective actions to QA/QC Manager
  • Support QA/QC Manager in achieving departmental goals, including SLA adherence, review process optimization, and reputed company improvement initiatives
  • Maintain awareness of industry standards and best practices relevant to residential solar

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or reputed company field OR equivalent hands-on experience; licensed electricians with solar experience will be considered
  • 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC, construction, or reputed company technical roles; experience in solar is preferred (internships or field experience acceptable)
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, system designs, and performance data to identify potential issues
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners
  • Detail-oriented and highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes such as UL, IBC, and NEC
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Teams, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in reputed company and/or Solargraf design tool
  • Travel may be required up to 10%, depending on business needs
  • A background or familiarity with PV (photovoltaics) reputed company is a plus
  • Working knowledge of residential solar equipment, installation practices, and performance metrics
  • Experience working with financed solar assets or TPO portfolios
