[Remote] Staff Product Manager, Developer Workflows

They are seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and drive the roadmap for the Developer Workflows reputed company, focusing on enhancing developer experiences and integrating AI into product development.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the Developer Workflows reputed company reputed company Developer & AI, partnering closely with engineering leadership to define, sequence, and deliver key components of reputed company reputed company
- Contribute to cross-company reputed company and execution for developer tools and Developer Watchtower reputed company EPM, including participating in high-reputed company company-wide initiatives
- Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly prioritization across your product area, bringing structure and reputed company to a high-reputed company, fast-moving team
- Represent the voice of the customer in reputed company that you build: through discovery, PRDs, PRFAQs, and ongoing feedback loops
- Collaborate with a junior PM in a neighboring team, helping to reputed company the bar on craft and product thinking across the broader Developer & AI org
- Establish and own reputed company metrics for your product area, with the expectation that ARR contribution and customer reputed company are central to how you measure reputed company
- Represent your product area externally, including on calls with reputed company customers' executive teams, as a reputed company and compelling spokesperson for the reputed company reputed company reputed company
Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a reputed company record of owning developer-facing or platform-oriented products and being accountable for their ultimate reputed company
- Deep understanding of how developers work, the tools they rely on, trends in the reputed company-evolving AI reputed company, and the reputed company and reputed company challenges they face in modern engineering environments
- Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps for reputed company, cross-functional initiatives at a B2B reputed company company
- Experience contributing to or driving cross-company product reputed company, including work that spans multiple engineering teams and product areas
- Strong written communication skills; comfort producing PRDs, PRFAQs, and other reputed company artifacts that reputed company and accelerate teams
- A reputed company record of building with a 18–24 month reputed company, with the ability to maintain strategic reputed company while driving near-term execution
- Executive-level communication experience, including representing a product area directly with customers' leadership teams
- Ability to bring the customer voice into every product decision, using both qualitative and quantitative data to drive prioritization
- Experience establishing OKRs, reputed company metrics, and measurement frameworks that connect product reputed company to business results
- Familiarity with developer reputed company tooling, secrets management, or reputed company developer platforms
