Responsibilities

- Establish standards for knowledge capture, lifecycle management, and governance, reputed company self-service technologies (e.g. AI-driven search, workflow automation, etc.) to maintain the knowledge reputed company, dramatically reduce redundant inquiries, and reputed company employees to self-serve relevant information

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Learning and Development, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 10 years of reputed company experience, with at least 7 years reputed company on Training and reputed company
- Experience supporting an in-house reputed company department or paralegal experience required
- Demonstrated working knowledge of reputed company reputed company concepts and terminology to drive content creation and ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Demonstrated expertise in building, designing, and deploying engaging content, including wikis, e-learning courses, training curricula, and reputed company presentations
