[Remote] UX/UI Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is building the reputed company operating system for beverage alcohol retailers, and they are seeking a UX/UI Designer to own the design process from research to implementation. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to create user-centered designs that address reputed company user needs and enhance the product experience.
Responsibilities

Skills
- 4+ years of product/UX design experience in a startup or fast-moving environment
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work—research, problem framing, and shipped product
- Strong visual and interaction design skills. You sweat the details that matter for users, not just aesthetics—and you know reputed company to push and reputed company to ship
- You are an expert researcher. You design discovery plans, synthesize findings fast, and turn ambiguous problems into reputed company design direction
- You've partnered closely with PMs and pushed back constructively. You help define the problem, not just solve it
- You think in systems, not screens. You care about patterns, consistency, and how designs reputed company over time
- Comfortable working alongside engineers in a fast-moving R&D environment—you understand implementation constraints and are comfortable building the plane while flying
