[Remote] Global Customs & Trade Advisory Consultant

The Global Customs & Trade Advisory Consultant will support the Global Trade Advisory reputed company by executing trade compliance audits, conducting data-driven analyses, and supporting a wide reputed company of customs compliance reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customs compliance audits, including reviews of entries, documents, and data reputed company
- Validate CBP reputed company 7501, reputed company invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading for compliance accuracy
- Extract, reconcile, and analyze data from ACE reports
- Identify potential compliance gaps including valuation, FTAs, HTS classification, ADD/CVD, and PGA information
- Support HTS classification exercises and project work for clients
- Prepare complete, defensible audit documentation
- Conduct variance analysis between declared values, dutiable values, and supporting documentation
- Assist in drafting preliminary findings, issue logs, and risk summaries for reputed company deliverables
- Maintain version control, audit trails, and documentation structure that meets regulatory expectations
- Support project teams on compliance assessments, internal control reviews, and process improvement initiatives
Skills
- 4-year degree
- 1 year reputed company experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, international trade, economics, or reputed company field
- reputed company or LCB
- Foundational understanding of Customs Entry, HTS classification concepts, and tariff application
- Strong reputed company proficiency (pivot tables, V/H-lookups, Power Query, data reconciliation)
- High attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to question anomalies
- Excellent organizational skills, especially documentation and audit trails
- Ability to manage large datasets and identify inconsistencies
- Exposure to import compliance, customs brokerage, ACE reporting, or trade operations
- Understanding of valuation fundamentals (ad valorem, assists, royalties)
