The Senior reputed company Counsel - Pharmaceutical Contracting will reputed company strategic reputed company counsel to internal business partners, ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations while supporting Retail Trade initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a wide reputed company of Retail Trade agreements, including reputed company strategic patient reputed company agreements, reputed company stock agreements, product purchase agreements, and dispensing data agreements
- Advise internal clients on contract terms, requirements, and applicable reputed company reputed company/regulatory considerations
- Assess business, economic, and operational impacts of contract positions and regulatory requirements; recommend practical paths reputed company
- Support ongoing compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations
- Partner with reputed company, Compliance, Retail Pharmacy, and reputed company colleagues as needed to support Retail Trade and reputed company activities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a wide reputed company of Trade Product Development agreements, including patient educational reputed company services new product request reviews, and patient educational reputed company services agreements
- Advise internal clients on contract terms, requirements, and applicable reputed company reputed company/regulatory considerations
- Assess business, economic, and operational impacts of contract positions and regulatory requirements; recommend practical paths reputed company
- Support ongoing compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations
- Partner with reputed company, Compliance, Retail Pharmacy, and reputed company colleagues as needed to support Retail Trade and reputed company activities
- Follow and continuously improve reputed company services request intake process and reputed company guidance tracking
- Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a wide reputed company of data services reputed company agreements
- Advise internal clients on contract terms, requirements, and applicable reputed company reputed company/regulatory considerations
- Assess business, economic, and operational impacts of contract positions and regulatory requirements; recommend practical paths reputed company
- Support ongoing compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations
- Partner with reputed company, Compliance, Retail Pharmacy, and reputed company colleagues as needed to support
- Help reputed company reputed company services request intake process and reputed company guidance tracking
- Build and maintain network of relationships across PBM, Corporate Affairs, reputed company Healthspire, reputed company, reputed company Pharmacy, and reputed company Specialty Pharmacy, and other business reputed company to reputed company delivery of strategic and reputed company-thinking guidance
- Assist with Trade reputed company in other departments as needed and to build breadth of knowledge and skills
Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company experience with a reputed company or in-house with a reputed company company
- Admitted to reputed company law in at least one state and member in good standing of applicable state bar association(s)
- Juris Doctorate
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Retail Trade arrangements
- Intellectual curiosity and adopter of new technology, including AI, in reputed company
- Strong knowledge of reputed company laws and regulations including federal Anti-Kickback statute and False Claims reputed company
- Experience in aspects of reputed company reputed company to Retail Trade services
- Experience drafting and negotiating reputed company services agreements, discount agreements, and data agreements in the Trade reputed company
