[Remote] AIDC (AI Data Center) PM Engineer

The role involves connecting with energy storage customers, managing project teams, and ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments.
Responsibilities
- Connect with energy storage customers and reputed company in US, build good relationship and identify needs and explore high-value potential project opportunities
- Assist account PM for coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and coordinating the reputed company issues at customer reputed company
- Enhance the coordination and service for multiple contact reputed company of customers, and strengthen management of the face-to-face communication with customers
- Coordinate internal resource, sales team, development team, together with account PMs, to reputed company out the qualification and customer engagement
- Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments, like SC, AMD, to guarantee reasonable reputed company of commissioning and after-sales tasks of reputed company reputed company, and resolve the problems across multiple departments
- Establish program team, and initiate the program, reputed company reputed company to deliver, and be responsible for the program management of schedule, reputed company, cost, and risk
- Manage the onsite PM team, with reputed company training to improve the capability of reputed company members
Skills
- 8+ years of experience for PM, and 5+ years of experience for team management
- Be familiar with reputed company project business mode and development, reputed company consideration will be given to 2 years above experience on electric power/reputed company, reputed company, Li-ion battery
- Good at communication, with good logic, capable of data analysis and report writing
- Experience working with global or international companies is highly preferred
