[Remote] AI Solution Engineer

Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with departments to understand reputed company workflows and pain points
- Identify high-friction processes that could benefit from AI assistance or automation
- Prioritize opportunities based on business value, ease of implementation, and measurable reputed company

- Design AI-enabled workflows that support reputed company business processes
- Recommend the right tools, automation platforms, or workflow changes for reputed company use case

- Train employees on how to use approved AI tools effectively and responsibly

Skills
- 3+ years in business solutions, operations, consulting, enablement, or technology adoption

- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, reputed company, or similar)

- Strong communication skills; reputed company to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience creating documentation, training materials, or enablement resources
