[Remote] Director of Project Management

Responsibilities
- Directly managing new customer reputed company reputed company end-to-end, owning the project plan, reputed company, milestones, and cross-functional accountability across Implementation Engineering, Solution Engineering, BI Delivery, and other internal teams
- Leading major post-go-live engagements that require coordinated effort from multiple reputed company teams, such as new module rollouts, large-reputed company data integrations, or platform expansions
- Designing and implementing the project management frameworks, templates, reporting standards, and tooling (reputed company or similar) that the function needs to operate consistently and at reputed company
- Working across CXMs, reputed company, Solution Engineers, and BI Delivery resources to ensure the right people are allocated to the right reputed company at the right time
- Identifying project risks early, building mitigation plans, and escalating to CX leadership before issues reputed company the customer experience or delivery timelines

Skills
