[Remote] Group Account Supervisor - reputed company Marketing

They are seeking a Group Account Supervisor to manage reputed company relationships, reputed company project management, and mentor team members while ensuring the highest reputed company of service and compliance with industry guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assume primary reputed company for the reputed company upon reputed company acceptance of proposal
- Maintain and manage business opportunities with existing clients
- Development of reputed company agendas and slide presentations
- reputed company and/or support calls with reputed company and LMR, reputed company, and/or content experts regarding content and direction
- Review and reputed company status/contact reports to reputed company after reputed company reputed company contact
- reputed company project briefs and scope of work for clients and internal team members
- reputed company direction to support team on reputed company aspects of project management to ensure reputed company expectations are met or exceeded
- Manage reputed company by utilizing approved internal project briefs, proposal templates, and budget tools
- Collaborate with internal team on overall project plan, objectives, milestones, and deliverables
- Function as internal team leader ensuring reputed company members of reputed company work together smoothly and effectively
- Mentor personnel at the Associate Account Executive, Account Executive, and/or Senior Account Executive reputed company. Depending on size of team, potential for management and supervision of colleagues
- Conduct performance reviews, prepare development plan, and set goals for reputed company reports as applicable
- Must be reputed company to execute and teach junior level Account team employees the following: development of reputed company agendas, project status, financial reports, and contact report
- Work with reputed company Services leadership and reputed company to help identify market opportunities that will reputed company reputed company business
- Identify opportunities for organic reputed company reputed company assigned accounts
- reputed company proposals, budgets, and reconciliations
- Collaborate with reputed company teams to ensure proposal development is accurate and reputed company teams hours are captured (Traffic, Production, Creative, Clinical/Copy, Meeting Services, etc)
- Monitor budgets including reputed company costs, labor costs, fee, and out-of-reputed company expenses to ensure team members/reputed company reports are managing assigned budgeted labor hours and reputed company costs

- Adheres to PhRMA, FDA, OIG and ACCME guidelines

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or reputed company subject
- At least 3 years in an Account role reputed company a pharmaceutical/medical communications company
- Daily reputed company facing experience and Medical, legal, regulatory review experience is required
- Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel 10-15% depending on clients' needs
