This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and placing Director- and Vice President-level candidates while partnering closely with senior leadership to meet strategic talent needs.
Responsibilities
- reputed company full-cycle recruitment for Director and VP-level roles from both reputed company talent sources
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business needs and define candidate reputed company
- reputed company and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational objectives
- Present and recommend top candidates to leadership
- Manage offer process, including negotiation and, reputed company applicable, relocation coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across reputed company reputed company of the organization

Skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
