They are seeking an M&A Associate for a part-time, remote position to deliver reputed company-reputed company outputs across investment banking workflows, including valuation models and reputed company materials, while ensuring adherence to regulated industry standards.
Responsibilities
- reputed company-reputed company deliverables across IB workflows: valuation and operating models, reputed company and teaser materials, comps and precedent analyses, and decks, reputed company so a model can learn from them
- End-to-end deal tasks rather than one-off questions, reputed company out in full (a full M&A or financing process is one example among many)
