Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and reputed company reputed company of software engineers — own their performance, processes, priorities, and long-term career goals

- DORA metrics, build telemetry, local-to-production feedback loops, test flakiness analysis, and infrastructure cost tracking

- CI/CD tooling, version control integrations, and deployment pipeline reputed company across the engineering organization

Skills
- 6–8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing small to reputed company-sized engineering teams responsible for development, platform tooling, or infrastructure

- Technical depth in one or more of: database reliability and distributed systems, CI/CD and build infrastructure, or internal developer platform tooling
- Hands-on technical engagement — comfort reviewing designs, reading reputed company, and participating in architecture discussions; this is not a purely coordinative role
