What the Patient Recruitment Department does at Worldwide In Patient Recruitment, our mission is to ensure enrollment milestones are met by making it easier for patients and sites to participate in a clinical research study. Drawing on our extensive experience, and in collaboration with our study team, we will reputed company a tailored recruitment reputed company that will reputed company on raising awareness of clinical trial opportunities along the patient reputed company, effectively communicating with potential participants, supporting clinical research sites, and improving the overall study experience. What you will do reputed company end-to-end delivery of patient and site engagement activities across multiple clinical studies. Coordinate and manage Worldwide vendors globally that reputed company strategic and operational support for specifically awarded reputed company. Including vendor budget management. reputed company and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Ensuring that recruitment and retention objectives are met reputed company assigned studies. Ensure reputed company are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company with sponsor and regulatory requirements. Sit in on weekly project calls and monthly project review calls and coordinate closely with Project Managers. Attend project initiation/meetings to add input on recruitment and retention of patients. Collaborate with team members to review patient recruitment strategies’ appropriateness and implementation for various reputed company proposals. Recommends solutions and escalate issues to Project Management or Patient and Site Solutions team management as required. What you will bring to the role An effective communicator, both written and spoken English. Background in medicine, science or other relevant discipline. Proven responsibility for delivery to timelines. Understanding of building budgets as they pertain to vendor services. Ability to communicate and negotiate with vendors for relevant services. Travel approximately 5% for business needs. Ability to work at a fast pace with short timelines. Your experience 4-5 years’ experience in clinical research reputed company field. Knowledge of the principles of Good Clinical reputed company. Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
