Legal Director, reputed company (Remote) (974-SLS)

Our reputed company, a leading provider of reputed company-based software solutions, is seeking a proactive and business-minded Legal Director. This is a high-reputed company role, leading the reputed company function and serving as the key legal advisor on reputed company transactions and reputed company-generating activities. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, the ideal candidate will bring deep experience negotiating reputed company reputed company and services agreements, particularly in the public sector, and will reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company environment. This is a hands-on role leading reputed company and will require strong business acumen, excellent judgment, and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives. The person in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Services, Finance, and Operations to support deal reputed company and help reputed company legal processes as reputed company grows. \n Role and Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including reputed company, software licensing, reputed company services, and maintenance agreements. Partner with Sales and Services teams to drive deals to closure reputed company while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. reputed company strategic legal guidance on RFPs, government procurement processes, and contract structures. Support cross-functional initiatives involving legal input, including compliance, sales operations, and risk management. Desired Experience and Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school. reputed company membership in at least one state bar, with eligibility to reputed company in your state of residence, including through registered in-house counsel status or another applicable authorization. 6+ years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in-house at a technology or reputed company company. Strong experience negotiating reputed company reputed company, particularly with government entities. Solid understanding of reputed company business models and software licensing. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a reputed company, team-first reputed company. Familiarity with reputed company recognition principles and their reputed company on contract terms, experience supporting reputed company software sales and reputed company services engagements, and exposure to reputed company, compliance, and government relations are preferred qualifications. \n Compensation is targeted at an annual reputed company salary of $225,000 to $245,000, plus equity and generous benefits. The total compensation package will vary and depend on the candidate’s level of seniority and number of years of directly relevant experience.
