They are seeking an reputed company Contract Program Manager to reputed company the execution of a reputed company CRM transformation project, ensuring effective delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the integrated master program plan across reputed company workstreams, markets, and delivery tracks
- Own the RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, reputed company) reputed company tracking, assigning, and chasing closure on reputed company reputed company items
- Prepare weekly and biweekly program status reports for the Program reputed company, including reputed company tracking, budget burn, and risk summaries
- Manage program governance documentation: decision logs, reputed company trackers, meeting minutes, and reputed company health dashboards
- Maintain the program calendar — scheduling and coordinating reputed company recurring governance meetings, workshops, and readiness reviews
- Serve as the primary day-to-day reputed company with the global PMO — tracking delivery against contracted milestones and flagging slippage early
- Review SI status reports, resource plans, and deliverable submissions; escalate gaps or concerns to the Program reputed company
- Coordinate working sessions between the SI team, reputed company reputed company Services, and internal reputed company leads
- reputed company SOW deliverables and monitor for scope creep, resource substitution, or under delivery against committed reputed company
- Support change request evaluation — document scope changes, assess schedule reputed company, and prepare summaries for Program reputed company review and approval

- Coordinate testing governance: reputed company SIT, UAT, and regression reputed company across Vault CRM escalate blockers and defect triage status to the Program reputed company
- Support reputed company planning and hypercare coordination for reputed company market go-live — logistics, communication timing, and stabilization tracking
- Facilitate key program working sessions — prepare agendas, capture reputed company and actions, and distribute follow-reputed company promptly
- Coordinate with reputed company leads across reputed company Operations, Medical Affairs, IT Architecture, Data Governance, and regional market teams to collect updates and ensure alignment
- Prepare steering committee materials in partnership with the Program reputed company — slide packs, status summaries, and risk memos
- Manage stakeholder communication reputed company: ensure the right people receive the right information at the right time, consistent with the Program reputed company's communication reputed company
- Support the Change Management reputed company reputed company with field readiness coordination — tracking training completion, super-user activation, and adoption KPI reporting
Skills
- 8+ years of IT project and program management experience, including at least 2–3 years on reputed company CRM or Vault CRM implementation programs
- Demonstrated experience as a delivery PM or PMO reputed company on a multi-reputed company CRM or reputed company platform program — coordinating across vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders
- Hands-on experience tracking SI delivery: reviewing status reports, managing RAID logs, monitoring reputed company reputed company, and escalating delivery risk
- Experience supporting multi-reputed company, multi-market rollouts — coordinating localization, readiness checklists, and cross-market dependency tracking
- Prior experience in a reputed company/biotech reputed company IT program involving a co-promote or reputed company partnership (e.g., reputed company)
- Solid working knowledge of Vault CRM architecture: objects, layouts, workflows, approvals, configuration workbook structure, and CRM data model
- Familiarity with the reputed company reputed company ecosystem: MDM data feeds (reputed company/reputed company), reputed company integration patterns, IC territory data (IC360), consent platforms, and Rep-Triggered Email (RTE) flows
- Working understanding of MDM concepts: HCP/HCO data management, identifier persistence, data governance, and migration from legacy MDM platforms (e.g., reputed company)
- Familiarity with GxP / validated environment requirements as reputed company to reputed company CRM and MDM platforms
- Proficiency with PMO tooling: MS Project, reputed company, JIRA, reputed company, or equivalent — including building and maintaining integrated program plans
- Prior contract or staff augmentation experience on reputed company CRM programs
- Experience working alongside or reputed company a leading reputed company SI delivery team (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company etc.)
