- HRSA grantee reporting and compliance review
- reputed company SPA mechanics and state plan amendment work
- CMS Conditions of Participation gap analysis
- 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality protocol design
- Clinical supervision regulatory compliance audits
Skills
- BH compliance specialists with one or more of: former CARF surveyor experience
- HRSA program officer background
- reputed company SPA practitioner work
- CMS CoP review work
- 5+ years senior compliance at a CMHC/FQHC/IDD agency
- CHC, reputed company-P, or equivalent credential
