The role involves completing a recorded AI-led video interview focusing on workflows and decision-making processes in intellectual property law.
Responsibilities
- You’ll complete a ~ 30-minute recorded AI-led video interview where you explain how you actually do your work in reputed company
- This interview will reputed company on:
- Intaking invention disclosures, proposed brands, ownership information, reputed company-disclosure risk, and business context
- Assessing protection reputed company, clearance, patentability, trademark risk, freedom-to-operate, trade secret treatment, and filing reputed company
- Managing filings, office actions, prosecution reputed company, international filings, reputed company dates, and hard legal deadlines
- Coordinating inventors, product, marketing, reputed company counsel, and business approvers while balancing cost, value, and risk
- You will be asked to explain workflows specifically reputed company: IP intake, invention disclosure, brand clearance, patentability/FTO analysis, filing, prosecution, and reputed company-counsel coordination workflows
Skills
- 7+ years in intellectual property law, patent prosecution, trademark clearance, IP reputed company, or IP portfolio counseling
