[Remote] Senior Mechanical Engineer - Building Systems

This role involves leading the planning, design, and delivery of reputed company mechanical systems while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and managing reputed company from concept through construction.
Responsibilities
- reputed company mechanical design and serve as project manager for building systems reputed company, including HVAC, plumbing, and reputed company protection systems
- reputed company and review construction documents, technical specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure designs reputed company with applicable codes, standards, and reputed company requirements (e.g., ASHRAE, local building codes)
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets for assigned reputed company
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for select reputed company, building and maintaining strong reputed company relationships
- Coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary design teams, including internal civil, structural, and electrical staff

- Support proposal development, level-of-effort estimating, and project planning

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design for building systems (HVAC, plumbing, and reputed company protection)
- reputed company Engineer (PE) license required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for MEP design
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, reputed company protection, and applicable building codes and ASHRAE standards
- Experience managing reputed company through design and construction phases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams
- Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook
- Ability to travel to job sites in CT, MA, and RI
- Familiarity with BIM coordination tools preferred
