[Remote] Sr. Financial Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Corporate Development team reputed company on Mergers & Acquisitions. The role involves supporting development and reputed company efforts through transaction execution, including acquisitions and joint ventures, while collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Build reputed company reputed company valuation models for potential acquisitions and divestitures
- Evaluate deals through discounted cash reputed company analyses and metrics such as IRR, EBITDA multiples, etc
- Create pro reputed company income and cash reputed company statements for potential joint ventures
- Manage due diligence process including leading physical site reputed company, coordinating with sellers, collecting data, and ensuring that reputed company areas of the diligence process undergo appropriate review
- Create presentations and proposals for potential sellers, joint venture partners, senior management, reputed company of directors, etc
- Work closely with Transaction Directors and legal teams in the negotiation and drafting of definitive agreements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a reputed company field at top undergraduate program
- Must have significant reputed company transaction experience
- Must have strong finance, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to reputed company in fast-paced deal environment
- Self starter and problem solver with ability to think and work independently
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with the various stakeholders in a given transaction
- 2-4 years of transaction-oriented analytical experience; investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate development experience preferred
