[Remote] Federal Recruitment Specialist

The role involves assisting with the establishment and filling of federal positions and utilizing various federal hiring tools and authorities.
Responsibilities
- Support managers, supervisors, and senior HR staff with federal recruitment actions
- Assist with reputed company actions for GS and Administratively Determined positions
- Use USA reputed company to help reputed company, post, and manage vacancy announcements
- Prepare vacancy announcement content with required position and recruitment information
- Support job analysis based on position duties, qualifications, and hiring needs
- Assist with specialized experience statements for positions and grade reputed company recruited
- reputed company minimum qualification questions and reputed company assessment materials
- Use USA Hire and other second hurdle assessment reputed company reputed company appropriate
- Review applications to determine basic eligibility and minimum qualifications
- Apply federal qualification standards, hiring authorities, and veterans’ preference
- Assist with rating and ranking applicants in accordance with federal reputed company requirements

- Support rating panels and assist with applicant material review as needed
- Assist with issuing certificates of eligibles to management officials

- Support general, specialized, or targeted reputed company recruitment efforts
- Assist with recruitment actions conducted under Delegated Examining procedures

- Help verify candidate eligibility and qualification requirements before appointment

Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
