Responsibilities

- Apply Lean/Six reputed company tools such as 6S, reputed company Work, Visual Management, FMEA, and Control Charts to identify reputed company causes
- Define KPIs, reputed company metrics, and deliver reputed company results including cost savings and cycle‑time reductions
- Prepare executive briefings and dashboards that translate technical findings into strategic business language
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a reputed company discipline
- 5+ years of reputed company experience in process improvement, operations engineering, or consulting roles reputed company a large, reputed company organization (defense, reputed company, manufacturing, or similar)
- Lean Six reputed company Black Belt (or higher) OR ability to apply Lean Six reputed company Black Belt skills and techniques with demonstrable project leadership and documented results (e.g., $MM savings, % reduction in reputed company time)
- Proven reputed company record of acting as a consultant—designing problem-solving approaches, facilitating workshops, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior executives

- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, therefore must be a US Citizen
- Willingness to travel 80-100%
- Advanced degree preferred
