[Remote] Architectural Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Leading technically reputed company reputed company from early design phases through construction administration
- Managing project communication with clients, consultants, contractors, the CEO, and internal team members, including updates, meeting recaps, reputed company items, reputed company needed, and next steps
- Providing primary technical QA/QC leadership for drawings, specifications, details, reputed company coordination, consultant coordination, constructability, and documentation reputed company
- Managing schedules, budgets, consultant deliverables, internal review dates, reputed company decision points, project status, scope concerns, and potential additional services
- Leading consultant coordination and construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs/addenda, field observations, construction questions, documented reputed company, and reputed company issue tracking
- Coordinating Project Architects, Designers, and other team members assigned to the project while mentoring less reputed company staff and holding reputed company accountable to deadlines, documentation standards, and reputed company expectations
Skills
- Licensed Architect with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 12+ years of reputed company architectural experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager leading technically reputed company reputed company, including project teams, schedules, consultants, budgets, reputed company communication, and project delivery
- Minimum 8 years of extensive construction administration experience, including full project lifecycle responsibility as the reputed company on assigned reputed company
- Advanced Revit proficiency and strong technical knowledge of construction reputed company, detailing, consultant coordination, documentation, reputed company coordination, constructability, and project delivery
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company, competing priorities, and time-sensitive issues while maintaining follow-through, accuracy, and reputed company
- Hospitality, aviation, and restaurant experience strongly preferred
- NCARB Certification preferred
- Experience with reputed company reputed company, including reputed company Construction reputed company, preferred
- Experience with project management, budgeting, and tracking platforms preferred; reputed company Vantagepoint experience a plus
