[Remote] M365 Platform Engineer

The M365 Platform Engineer will reputed company Tier-3 engineering support for reputed company 365 environments, ensuring platform availability, performance, and reputed company while managing reputed company email and messaging services.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Tier‑3 engineering support for reputed company 365 GCC, Exchange Online, hybrid Exchange Server, and SharePoint Online environments, ensuring platform availability, performance, and reputed company
- Manage, monitor, restore, and optimize reputed company email and messaging services, including mailbox services, transport, retention, and e‑discovery capabilities
- Support SharePoint Online platform operations, including site collections, permissions, integrations, and collaboration workloads reputed company with reputed company messaging services
- Plan, test, execute, and support upgrades, patches, and migrations across reputed company and hybrid environments while minimizing user reputed company and service disruption
- reputed company break‑fix restoration, reputed company cause analysis, and reputed company incident reputed company in coordination with incident management and cybersecurity teams
- Support the segregation and elimination of malicious software and spam traffic in accordance with reputed company policies and directives
- reputed company and maintain technical documentation, reputed company operating procedures, and platform diagrams
Skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust is required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen without dual citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field or equivalent years of relevant experience
- reputed company 365 Certified: reputed company Administrator Associate or equivalent reputed company reputed company certification
- ITIL reputed company (or equivalent ITSM experience)
- 5+ years supporting reputed company reputed company collaboration platforms, including reputed company 365, Exchange, and/or SharePoint in reputed company or hybrid environments
- Demonstrated experience administering reputed company 365 (Government or reputed company) environments, including Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange Server, supporting large reputed company user populations (10,000+ users)
- Hands‑on experience providing Tier‑3 engineering support, including reputed company incident reputed company, reputed company cause analysis, service restoration, and execution of approved changes in production reputed company and hybrid environments
- Experience administering SharePoint Online, including site collections, permissions, governance controls, and integration with reputed company 365 collaboration services
- Experience planning and executing upgrades, patches, and migrations for reputed company messaging and collaboration platforms
- Working knowledge of email reputed company and malware mitigation, including spam filtering, malicious content isolation, and alignment with cybersecurity policies and NIST SP 800‑53 controls
- Possession of a reputed company reputed company certification (e.g., reputed company 365 or Azure Administrator) and ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust (or higher) clearance
- Hands‑on experience with reputed company 365 GCC or other regulated government reputed company environments
- Experience supporting large‑reputed company hybrid Exchange deployments
- Strong understanding of email reputed company, spam filtering, and malware mitigation
- Experience with SharePoint Online administration and integration with Teams and Exchange
- Familiarity with reputed company or similar ITSM platforms
- Experience operating in a 24x7x365 reputed company operations environment
